A bit muddy

 Still feeling a bit stiff after last nights Body Pump session I just did some gentle stretching this morning. I then had a very cold walk to work. Luckily I had my new thermal running gloves on so I avoided the worst of the cold.

I had planned to do some cycling in the garage this evening but because it was fairly sunny when I got home I decided to do a bit of running to test out my new fitness watch.  Rather than stick to mu normal winter routes I put on my trail shoes to do a bit of cross country running for a change. The fields were really muddy and slippy but it was enjoyable to do something a little different. 

I only ran 6 kms but it seemed a lot further with the ground being so muddy.

Tomorrow I'm planning to cycle in the morning and run after work if the weather is OK.
