Back on the road.

 After a 6 o'clock start to finish off some jokes for a radio show I managed to squeeze in thirty minutes stretching before breakfast. I then had another windy walk to school which helped with my step count for the day.

I had planned to do a cycling session a the gym before dinner but because I didn't have a car to get to the gym I made the most of the dry weather to go running for the first time in three days. Whilst their were some pockets of wind along the way I managed to come up with a fairly sheltered route so it was a very comfortable run.

When I got home I made a quick chilli which I stuck in the slow cooker because everybody was eating at different times.

I now just need to go for a swim to finish off today's activities. I'm going to test out my watch in the pool for the first time so I'm hoping that it is fully water tight.

Just one more week to go.
