The snooze won.
I had every intention of getting up early this morning to do some exercise bu a combination of a late night and the cold weather meant that pressing the snooze button was just too tempting, so my six o'clock start eventually became a seven o'clock start.
I managed to walk to school and back to fit in half an hours exercise and then when I got home I forced myself to go out for a run. With several layers of clothes on it didn't feet too cold. Just for a change I head off uphill for the start of my run in the knowledge that my return trip would be mostly downhill.
Tomorrow I've booked into some high intensity training at the gym so I will take it easy in the day with some stretching in the morning and some cycling when I get home from work.
I can't believe there are now just two weeks to go. I've booked plenty of classes for next week and I'e got a couple of running challenges u my sleeve so hopefully I'll have enough ideas to keep me going for the next 14 days.
